Large modernized home in quiet area

My place is close to parks. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. A large home to enjoy your holiday near the sea - only 12 minutes ride. WE are close to many restaurants and each room has a small fridge and microwave. One dishwasher in the kitchen upstairs and another in the dining / braai room downstairs. Very quiet at night and great views of the Baakens Valley from upstairs. Ample parking in backyard for vehicles and trailers. Guinea fowl and owls often seen. The space Home at the end of a cul-de-sac on the Baakens Valley with lots of bird life. Close to all necessary shops and restuarants. Guest access The entire property Other things to note We have two old cats, which we would be most grateful if you will treat with care and feed twice a day.
