Studio South has a main bedroom (double bed), a shower room (with toilet) and a kitchenette and an amazing little balcony to enjoy the wonderful sunsets. All lettings have access to the garden (with BBQ and sun-beds) and the laundry room. The space Yarrabee offers a unique seaside escape, nestled between the lush jungle and the Indian Ocean. Perched on the rocks over the sea, it provides uninterrupted views (spectacular sunsets), the soothing sounds of waves, and the scent of sea air. Each unit is entirely private and reserved for individual guests. A shared garden area features sunbeds, a barbecue, and stunning panoramic views. Located just 100 metres from a small beach ideal for swimming and snorkeling (sand is covered at high tide) or 5-10 minute walk from a couple of other beaches, Yarrabee is also only a 5-minute drive from the popular Beau Vallon beach. A mini supermarket is just a short 3-minute walk away. From the property, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and views of Silhouette and North Island. At Yarrabee, we've been welcoming guests for over 25 years. Our story is one of tradition and care, with the ownership and management of the property passing from father to son in two intertwined families. The equipment and furnishings may not be brand new, but everything is clean, functional, and chosen with sustainability in mind. We believe that looking after nature and offering good value go hand in hand. Our manager, Ronny, is a local Seychellois who knows the islands inside and out. He's always happy to share tips and suggestions to help you make the most of your holiday, whether you're looking for the best beaches, local hikes, or secret snorkeling spots. Guest access Parking spaces are exclusively available to Yarrabee guests outside of the property. There is a mini supermarket 3 minutes walk north of Yarrabee, with a couple of small beaches also within 3 minutes walk. The bus stops, either direction, is 1 minute walk to the north of Yarrabee.
