Located in phase 3 of Cabo Pulmo, a 15 min-walk from the village and the beach, Casa Marino & Casa Henrietta are a quiet retreat for those seeking a respite from busy lives. Both houses are new and located on the same property, with their own parking / access, but close enough for families and friends to share the space. The houses are surrounded by mature trees and no immediate neighbours, but they are close enough to the beach, hiking trails, and everything else Cabo Pulmo has to offer. The space Two individual bungalows - Casa Marino and Casa Henrietta, with plenty of space for families and/or friends. Casa Marino is a classic, 2-storey, Baja-style bungalow with several porches and terraces, sleeping 4 people comfortably, with enough space for 6 people in a pinch. A large palapa/roof provides shade. The ground floor features a full kitchen, living area, a queen bed separated by a pony wall, a pull-out sofa, and a spacious bathroom. The first floor, reached via an external staircase, features a terrace with bar area and a bedroom with twin beds and a second bathroom. The terrace is protected from the winds coming down the mountains, and has a great view out to sea and the mountains. Casa Henrietta Newly-built 2-storey, 2-bedroom casita with palapa/roof and great views from the upstairs terrace. A spacious bedroom, semi-outdoor full- kitchen, and separate bathroom unit make for a great retreat. A bamboo fence provides privacy from the other house and street, giving you the shade and quiet to sit in the hammock and enjoy the birdsong of Cabo Pulmo. The second-floor covered patio is a great place to enjoy the stunning Gulf of California sunrise or sunsets with 360 degree view. Guest access Guests have access to both houses and surrounding patios. Parking is available off-street and on the property. Garage and laundry facility are considered private. Other things to note Please be aware that Casa Marino and Casa Henrietta are completely off the grid, meaning solar panels and batteries are the only source of power for the house. Please turn off lights and fans when leaving the house for extended periods of time. Wifi is included in the pricing for emailing and web use, and is in general strong enough for video streaming or for file downloads, but speed depends on how many devices are connected at the same time. Cabo Pulmo is located on a semi-arid peninsula of Mexico, where water is a scarce resource. Two septic tanks treat black water, meaning nothing else should go into the toilets other than human waste.
