The space This gated house has 3BR each with a private bathroom. There is a powder room available for guest. Three of the four rooms includes all the amenities of a home and a plush queen size bed. The master bedroom includes a plush king size bed with a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. There is 2 furnished dining areas and living rooms . The out door Jerk center can accommodate 15-20 visitors. Guest access Honored guests are cordially invited to proceed to the estate's primary portal, discreetly positioned to the left of the residence, whence they should advance to the grand threshold that marks the main entrance door. Other things to note Please adhere strictly to our non-smoking and non-vaping policy within the residence. Upon your arrival, you will find that each room is equipped with two sets of plush towels for your convenience. In the event of a missing towel set, a fee of $25 will be charged. Additionally, we kindly remind you that the replacement cost for a lost gate key is $125, and a lost room key incurs a fee of $25. All visitors who are not registered guests are required to vacate the property by 8 p.m. Should any unregistered guest stay overnight, a supplementary charge of $50 per person, per night, will be levied. We request that guests refrain from using our couches as sleeping arrangements in order to maintain the quality and condition of our living spaces. To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, we ask that garbage be disposed of daily. For your enjoyment and refreshment, bottled water is graciously provided complimentary.
