Whether you want to enjoy the private pool, the beautiful landscaping, the big shared pool or the beach, you will always have the opportunity to create new memories with your loved ones. The space The house has a spacious living room equipped with a 70” smart tv (NETFLIX, DISNEY+ YouTube and and basic cable) and home theatre sound system. Living room also has a sofa bed and 2 recliners. The formal dinning room has a table for 8, the fully equipped kitchen has breakfast area. 4 bedrooms with full bathroom each. The master bedroom has a King size bed. Each of the other bedrooms are equipped with 2 full size beds. There are 8 Futon Mats for the pajama party of the kids! The house also has outdoor dining area and charcoal grill. Guest access The house is located within a private community with security 24/7. There is a park with gazebo and playground, tennis court, basketball court, soccer field and volley ball court (black volcanic sand, like beach volley ball). You can park 3 to 4 cars in our driveway, but the community also has a big parking lot for extra cars. Parking on the streets is not allowed. Other things to note You will find the house spotless. If you wish, you can hire cooking and cleaning services from señora Gabriela.
