Algarrobo Beach is less than a 10-minute walk away. The space The apartment is fully equipped for 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms where the beds have their respective blankets and covers. (You must bring your sheets and towels) The master bedroom features a 42" TV, a double bed, and a private bathroom. In the 2nd bedroom there is a bunk bed or cabin (2 single beds), plus a single bed. In the living room there is a sofa and 55"TV with home cinema and internet (no cable). A dining room with 6 chairs. American kitchen, has a 4-dish countertop, electric oven, microwave, juicer, kettle, refrigerator and complete dishes. The apartment has two bathrooms with a shower. Terrace with gas BBQ grill. The services offered by the condominium (jacuzzi, whirlpool, gym and laundry) have an additional cost specific to the complex. Guest access The common areas include a swimming pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball and baby beach (sand) and kayak lagoon that are available. Other things to note There is a one-time charge of CLP $30,000, since, after the stay, the apartment must be cleaned and sanitized. REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR SHEETS AND TOWELS
