This air-conditioned 220m2 villa with tropical garden, private swimming pool, hot tub and billiards is for you. Beaches 400 meters away, many shops 2.5 km away ,many visits nearby. a cleaning woman is mandatory and will come to clean, kitchen, beds ,for an amount of 40 euros per week 5 days/ 7 Electricity during your stay will be your responsibility and payable on-site. The space Very beautiful African type house in an exceptional environment, you will stay in a residence guarded in the middle of the African bush,a typical atmosphere outside the usual tourist circuits, visit of monkeys directly in your garden , possibility of fishing day, many visits to discover. Your villa consists on the ground floor of a large living room of 80 m² including living room and dining room, a kitchen with all modern equipment, 1 bedroom of 25 m² with a bed in 180 and 1 bed in 90, another bedroom of 25 m² with a bed of 160 and 1 bed in 90, a large bathroom, 1 separate toilet Upstairs, you have a room of 25 m² with a bed in 180 , 1 room with a bed in 160,1 large bathroom, 1 separate toilet. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning. Outside, large 10x5 m pool, large 100 m² covered terrace, pool table and 5-seater hot tub. EPHY , the maid will be very attentive during your stay, OUSMANE the gardener will discreetly clean the pool and garden every day, THEO our manager will be there to accompany you during your stay and offer you activities and excursions, welcome you and transport you from the airport. Guest access ATTENTION!!!!!! for short-term rentals (less than 4 days) the number of places is limited to 6 people. For stays with more than 6 people, 2 housekeepers will be required for an additional 40 euros per week because one person cannot do all the tasks requested and the service is no longer possible!!
