The house has two double bedrooms and a sleeping platform with a sofa bed over the main kitchen. This is accessed by an open stair case and it is recommended that young children are not give access without adult supervision.The living room also has a large sofa which can also be used for sleeping The kitchen area has a wood burning stove and the living room has an open fire place which can be used at your discretion. There is a newly refurbished bathroom/shower room next to the bedrooms The space The House at Ballinahinch is about 100 years old and was originally two very small farm workers cottages. About 10 years ago the property was modernized and two bedrooms and an extra bathroom added. So now it’s a traditional 2 bedroom cottage with a few mod cons and features. It is in a small Hamlet with a few houses that are mainly farms but a few modern homes have sprung up. The house is very private especially at the back. You are not overlooked and have no immediate neighbours. The surrounding area is rolling hills and is great walking country and nearby Kilfinnane is a walking centre and the local office can give you lots of information about where to go and what to do. Guest access A bit further on from Kilmallock (10 min drive) is Charleville which is a sizeable town where you can get anything you need. There is a local contact looks after the house and she will arrange for you to get access to the house and show you how it all works her details are included at the end of the descriptions
