Hi, I'm Helga! If you're reading this, you're considering booking my loft. You may be wondering what makes it special? Well, it's on the waterfront, so you'll hear its sound day and night, the tranquility it conveys is magical. The Nordic, modern and minimalist style is ideal if you're looking for inspiration, or just for a good hang. In addition, this place has a strategic location, you will be a 6-minute walk to town, along the beach or the main road. The space During your stay, you will have the opportunity to: - Rest in a spacious and cozy loft: 56 square meters designed by a local interior designer (aka me). - Sleep in a king-size bed, with cotton sheets and ocean views. - Relax on the terrace, enjoy the view of Matanzas Bay and the unique Piedra de Los Pájaros, and sunbathe in the lounge chairs that I designed and built with my own hands. - Connect with the instruments and listen to the sound of the sea: String instruments chosen by experts in good vibes (guess who… me). - Read the books in our library: a selection of books for adults and children. - Play cards to connect: a game that has no winner, the only fundamental rule is to look at each other with affection, listen to each other with respect and without judgment. - Cook your favorite dishes: fully-equipped kitchen with all the basic utensils and condiments for cooking and with everything you need to leave everything very clean afterwards. - Grill on the charcoal grill on a windless day or on the electric grill when the “southerly wind” keeps you from lighting a fire. - Raid the coffee bar to complement your breakfasts: Don't worry, everything is complimentary. - Taste a reserve or gran reserve red wine that I will carefully select for you. - Access the beach from the loft. You just have to go down a flight of stairs. - Telecommute at a desk with an ergonomic chair and WiFi available. - Expand the space: It has an additional bedroom, with a king-size bed, 12 square meters that is enabled in reservations for more than 2 guests. Guest access - It is accessed from the main road by going down a long staircase (approximately 100 steps). But since you'll have everything you need, you only need to bring your toothbrush (exaggeration) - The stairs are not suitable for the elderly, people with heart problems, or people with limited mobility. - Children between 1 and 12 years old must always be under strict parental supervision. Other things to note - Full bathroom with shower cabin and mirror with dempañante. It includes hand and body towels, soap, toilet paper, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner. - Only one parking lot by reservation. - Pets Policy Well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee. To avoid inconveniences, it is important that: • The pet is included in the reservation. • Do not urinate or defecate inside the house. • Do not climb on beds or furniture. In case of non-compliance, additional charges will apply. If the pet is still in the learning process, we recommend considering another accommodation, to avoid uncomfortable situations for both parties. - Ask for availability for early check in and late check out (additional cost associated). - Under the Loft is another independent apartment, of particular use, but if you want to go with family (up to 10 people) you can ask about its availability. - As a family we are committed to taking care of nature and the environment so we use environmentally friendly hygiene and cleaning products and we also suggest you take your recycling back to your city or deposit it in the enabled points of the commune. - If you want to watch your favorite Netflix series, you will have to bring your Notebook.
