Conveniently located at 120 km from Panama City in Playa Blanca. Tastefully equipped 88 m2. one bedroom apartment offering more comfort than nearby hotels. Confy bed, lovely terrasse, good bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, WIFI, cable TV included. Suitable for max. 4 persons. Access to giga salted pool also included it means that you can use the big pool also. The space Transfer from Panama city or airport can be arranged with extra charge. 1. Check in is from 3 p.m. on the arrival day. Check out is until 11 a.m. on the departure day. If reservation permits, we are flexible to alter these times. 2. Your keys will be handed over by us, or can be obtained in reception. 3. If key is lost you should inform us immediately; the necessary lock and key changes will be charged. 4. The apartment can be used by checked-in guests only. 5. No more than 4 guests are allowed. 6. We have no responsibility for your valuables left in the apartment. The apartment has safety box. 7. Smoking in the apartment and all building (also in the corridor) is strictly forbidden. 8. Do not remove your make-up with the towel. 9. Please pay respect to other residents of the house. We reserve the right to cancel the service immediately, with holding the whole rental fee if we receive any valid complaints from other residents of the house. 10. Please turn off the air condition, when you aren't staying at home and when the windows are open. 11. This is a self-sufficient apartment, you will not find any food or drink. Equally you will have to bring your own toiletries, e.g. shampoo, body-wash, toilet paper, etc. As a courtesy we will leave in each of the WC-s one toilet paper. There is no cleaning in the apartment while your stay, but you will find all appliances to clean. If you wish to order cleaning please inform us. 12. A separate sheet left in you room will indicate how to use the Giant Pool. There are 2 areas that you can use. 13. The apartment has Internet access. The codes are found inside the living room. 14. There is also Cable TV. Please make sure that all control are left in the apartment. If you loose them we will charge $30. The same is valid to air-condition controls. 15. Towels, bed sheets are provided by us. You will receive 3 towels per person. One large bath towel, one small bath towel and one beach towel. We will count them upon arrival and departure. Any losses of towels will be charged with $10 each. 16. Do not hesitate to contact us. Have a marvelous time. Other things to note Please turn off airconditioning if the doors or windows are open. Those guests who spend one month or more in the apartment for electricidad cannot spend more than USD 100/month. If the bill more than USD 100 they have to pay the difference.
