A fully furnished self catering house on the beach 8km's south from Inhassoro accessible by 4X4 vehicle only. Each room has a bathroom en-suite & leads out to an open patio. At the center of the house, there is a 70sq/m open plan kitchen, lounge & dining room leading out to a patio. The space Each bedroom leads out to the patio and is independent from the main kitchen/dining area. Each space is locked separately and has access to the garden. The rooms are expansive, have large windows and fans. There is a lot of cupboard space and 4 of the 6 rooms have safes. The lodge has EDM electricity. It is backed up with a solar system and wind turbine for when there are electrical interruptions. It is a self catering lodge that has a domestic service as well as 24 hour security. Guest access The house is accessed by using a dirt road which becomes sandy for the last 3 km's. You will need a high clearance vehicle or we could collect you. 4X4 is necessary. However not crucial, depending on your "non 4X4" driving skills! Other things to note Pricing notes; The house is only available for rent in its entire volume during peak seasons. This is December and Easter. The season in December is generally fixed with a minimum stay of 14 days. The Easter weekend is usually over 4 or 5 days and changes every year. Peak season rates are USD$300 for the entire no matter how many people occupy it. So please enquire? Alternatively, out of season rates are USD$20 per person per night minimum 2 persons.
