Spacious house on the shores of Lake Colico

House on the shores of Lake Colico on private land among native trees. The house has universal wheelchair accessibility with ramps that reach the lake. The large covered terrace has a dining room for 15, lounge chairs and a quincho with a gas and charcoal grill. It is located in the middle of nature so it does not have a traditional electrical network, but there are solar panels and a generator. There is a caretaker who takes care of the yard and everything related to the generator and firewood.
