Rangikomo Homestead Villa is a private retreat. Settle into the grandeur of a home from a bygone era. This grand villa is quiet, spacious, well equipped, and a great place to escape to. The space Set back against the mountains of Rarotonga's Nikao village, and with a view of the Pacific Ocean through the lush green palms and ancient trees, savour the privacy, peace and tranquility of the mountains whilst being only a few minutes’ drive to some of Rarotonga's favourite beaches: Black Rock and the Social Centre. Enjoy spreading out and watching the kids run around our vast lawns. Maybe take a walk up our private road to the mountain behind us to take in the dramatic views, or try to spot the native ‘kukupa’ birds, or just read a book relaxing by our refreshing pool on the deck. The villa features ceiling fans throughout and has great indoor/outdoor flow from the living and dining areas as well as the master bedroom, with all windows and doors featuring insect screens, and opening wide for great cross-ventilation. On one wing of the villa is the large master bedroom with king bed. A single bed can be provided upon request, if needed for a small child only. An ensuite bathroom, large double wardrobes and double vanity unit allows for plenty of space. The other wing of the villa features the second bedroom with a king bed (can split into 2 singles) and double wardrobe. A guest bathroom, large living and dining area, and a huge kitchen with a walk in pantry completes the villa. All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. Behind the house is a modern 2 bed cabana, including ensuite and kitchenette. If you wish to book the house only, please contact us and we will adjust the pricing accordingly. The house alone will sleep 4 plus a small child upon request. Other things to note Free WIFI. This is our family holiday home and so we expect it to be treated as if it was your own home. Our home is on private land and is for the use of paying guests only, visitors are not permitted. Parties are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted. Building regulations in the Cook Islands don't require for pools to be enclosed and therefore please note that the pool is not fenced. Please take extra care if you have children. We would recommend hiring a car or scooter if you wish to explore the island.
