A beautiful native bamboo room with private CR, a queen size bed, 32" tv with Aircon, hot shower and a fan. There is a common sala and a kitchen. It resides in a secure fully fenced compound along Villarosa road. Several hundred meters away from public beach and walking distance to famous restaurants and bars. Just few steps to sari-sari store, water refilling station and a laundry shop. Few minutes from airport, malls and public market.( still depends on traffic) The space The room is beautifully crafted with a blend of native touch with a modern mix, it is a spacious  1 queen size bed with private CR and hot shower. Inside the room have 3 small windows that provides natural ventilations and shades. All windows, cr and other openings have screens installed to avoid mosquitoes or other insects from intruding the room not to ruin your good night sleep. Installed with aircondition with the addition of electric fan to give pleasant ambiance temperature. The television has weak reception on local channels but we have installed wide selection of movies to choose from via usb to complement every guests preferred choice.. And to top it all we offer you a super fast high speed internet for you to enjoy every moment of your browsing session. Outside the room has a common spacious terrace and a kitchen with refrigerator and other cooking amenities for gathering and cooking your favorite dish. Our place is a gated compound.. The place is located within the heart of the city. Only few minutes ride going to airport, to malls, to supermarket or church but it all depends on traffic. A walking distance to famous restaurants and bars. Basic supplies from sari-sari store, water refilling station and a bakery is all just around the corner. A public beach called pristine beach is just several hundred meters away. Our compound is located along the street so expect some noise from passing vehicles. Guest access Guests can access the common terrace and the kitchen. Our neighbour has also mini bar inside the compound guests are welcome for some refreshments and drinks. Other things to note Before check out please leave the key inside the lockbox and shuffle the numbers thanks. Black outs sometimes occur in Puerto Princesa so please bare with us at times. We provide a battery operated radio with flashlight. Our location is very close to wesleyan church along villarosa road at the right side with a black gate, in front of GRACE ARZAGA store.
