The space Mews Room 8 is a generous double room, newly created in December 2024 to exacting standards. A substantial ceiling skylight floods the room with natural light. The super-king Simba bed ensures a comfortable night's sleep set against a luxuriously upholstered bedhead wall (think Versace styling)! The contrasting en-suite shower room features dark walls and black sanitaryware. A large oak wardrobe offers plenty of hanging space, a large sehst of drawers, a laptop safe, iron, iroing board and luggage stand. The room also offers tea and coffee making facilities, bedsode lamps, a wall-hung flatscreen smart TV, feature decorative wall cladding, a huge antique mirror, electric black-out blinds and feature LED mood lighting. Guest access There is a private key-coded entrance to our 2 Mews rooms. During your stay Our Venue is manned from 7am - 11pm Monday - Saturday and 7am - 7pm on Sundays. Please do let us know if you are likely to be arriving after our check-in times (10pm Monday to Saturday, 6pm on Sundays) as there may not be staff on the premises. You will be given a secure PIN to access our keypad operated rear entrance door, this will also open your room door. After purchasing its neighbouring property, these 2 beautiful Grade II listed buildings have been lovingly nipped and tucked and meticulously brought back to life. Becketts is situated close to the seafront, with a 10 minute walk to Gunwharf Quays, Historic Dockyard, Southsea town centre and the ferry port, with excellent links to the Isle of Wight, France and Spain. Should you want to bring your furry friend, please note that we charge £30 per dog. In addtion, we will ask you to review and sign our dog policy on arrival.
