The space The Pocket is a 2-minute walk from El Zonte’s right point break, on the main stretch of road leading to the beach. The kitchen is uniquely designed for travellers who love to cook their own meals while on the road. There is a full-sized fridge, a 4-burner stove with gas oven, and an expansive counter top for prepping or visiting at the bar. The patio provides ample space for relaxing in the hammocks, sitting at the kitchen table or being together at the bar. Mito-Curious: We have added red lighting to the kitchen, dining area, bedside lamps, shower, and dressing area. The space has low magnetic field readings, which is very healthy. The wifi can be unplugged at night for a low radio-frequency experience. There is private green space with an outdoor shower, banana trees and adirondack chairs. The bedroom is sealed in with sliding tinted glass doors, so the air conditioning is very effective at keeping the inside space cool. The office space has a comfortable office chair designed for working long hours in front of a computer. Solar-powered electricity back-up : When the power goes out, you’ll automatically have basic electrical power to continue running the modem, charge your phone, power a few lights and a small portable fan. The shower has been meticulously tiled with white-stone mosaic, the mirror is generously sized, and the bathroom appliances are beautifully modern. Please note that there are cats on the property! Overall, the space has been designed to provide the most amount of privacy while feeling open and spacious. Guest access Guests have access to their own private entrance, which leads to a private outdoor shower and foot-wash area, and then to their own private suite.
