Both living rooms have air conditioning. You can also use a spectacular solarium with outdoor furniture. The apartment has an excellent location, situated just a step away from bars, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions, such as the San Marcos Castle. It is worth noting the nearest beach, Playa de la Puntilla, just 2 kilometres from the apartment. Likewise, if you have a vehicle, you can access the beaches of Vistahermosa and Las Redes, less than 15 minutes by car. The established time for key delivery to guests is from 3:00 Pm to 8:00 Pm. If you need to enter the accommodation after 8:00 Pm, until 11:00 Pm, a supplement of €30 in cash will be charged upon arrival, corresponding to the Late Check-In service. We especially emphasise compliance with these rules: entry to the apartment by persons external to the reservation will not be tolerated, no parties, loud music or causing disturbances to neighbours.
