The interior consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which is a double and one with three single beds and a full bathroom. From the double bedroom you can access an additional bathroom complete with every service. Outside, there is a 7.30 x 3.30 meter swimming pool shared with 3 additional apartments, a gas barbecue, and lounges for guests to relax. The space Chiara & Giulia Apartment 1 is located just 600 meters from the beach and promenade of Santa Maria di Leuca, a seaside resort that offers not only leisure and entertainment, but also history and culture. Guest access The accommodation is accessed through a large shared patio. Other things to note AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED: - Bedding and bath linens The first supply is optional and has an additional cost of €15 per person (one-off). If necessary, please inform the property before arrival. - Linen change Available upon request, at an additional cost of €15 per person. - Tourist tax To be paid at check-in: €1.00 per night per person for the months of May, June, and September. €2.00 per night per person for the months of July and August, for adults only. The tax is not included in the price of the stay. - Electric car charging It is strictly forbidden to recharge electric or plug-in hybrid cars using the sockets of the house or common areas, which are not designed for this use. The consumption included refers exclusively to normal use of the accommodation.
