Our detached house with garage is located in a quiet neighborhood in Neuastenberg, which belongs to Winterberg. The house is entirely at your disposal and therefore offers a lot of privacy. Villa SKYLO is suitable for 4 - 10 people and has a large garden with terrace with a view. Hiking trails and ski slopes are within walking distance (200 meters.) The house is hosted for at least 2 nights. The space The Villa has a spacious living space on the ground floor with a dining area, sitting area and fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric hob and coffee machine. In the villa there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets; 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are located on the ground floor. The spacious sofa in the living room can be easily converted into a double bed. There is also a separate (guest)toilet with a fountain on the ground floor. The Villa has a large garden with a south-facing terrace. Guest access All rooms are accessible to guests. There are private items on the basement (these cannot be used by guests) Other things to note Between 10:30 pm and 8:00 am, there may be no noise nuisance for the neighbors. In the garage, bicycles, skis, snowboarding and motorbike(s) can be parked. There is no car parked in the garage. You can park on the front front of the house and on the left behind the house.
