Details will be provided in a message after you made a reservation. 【Important Notes for Facility Use】 This facility is not a hotel but a fully private rental property. Therefore, guests are responsible for operating all equipment, including the air conditioner. This facility was renovated from a traditional Kyoto machiya townhouse and opened as lodging. To minimize separation from the neighborhood, no special soundproofing was installed. We hope you will enjoy the sounds of daily life during your stay. The surrounding area is very safe, so you can rest assured. No fire and no smoking 【Bedding Arrangements】 To ensure your comfort, the following bedding is provided in your room: ・For reservations of up to 2 guests: Two semi-double beds (120cm wide) are provided. ・For reservations of 3 or more guests: In addition to the above beds, comfortable futons (100cm wide) are provided for each guest. If you are staying with 2 or fewer guests and wish to use futons in addition to the beds, please kindly inform us at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If we do not receive notification by the deadline, we may charge ¥5,500 (tax included) per additional futon set or may be unable to accommodate your request.
