Description

Very quiet and bright apartment in one of the best locations in the historic center of Seville. A step away from the Cathedral The space This comfortable two bedroom apartment is ideal for couples and families, and is located in a quiet street in the monumental area of Seville with bars and restaurants, just a minute walk from the Plaza de la Alfalfa and 10 minutes from the main monuments of the city. The apartment is fully equipped and has a common rooftop terrace to enjoy the Seville climate. It is located on the second floor of a building without elevator. The living room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable sofa bed and a table for four people. The kitchen is well equipped with a small American bar and high chairs. In the master bedroom and lounge there is air conditioning. One of the rooms has two single beds and another has a double bed. Upon arrival, you will find made beds and complimentary products in the bathroom and kitchen. These complimentary products will not be replenished during your stay. For stays of 8 nights or more we will leave a set of sheets and towels at no cost. During the stay, different additional services can be requested at an additional cost. Guest access The building is arranged around a central courtyard, sample of typical Sevillian architecture. It is a building without elevator and apartment is on a second floor. The apartment has no parking. Other things to note In housing we have 5 house rules: 1. It is forbidden to smoke in the flat and to have pets in the apartment. If you need to smoke, please do so on the balcony or in the street, but never in the communal areas of the building. 2. Respect the rest of our neighbours. Let us help to maintain harmony in the building. Parties and noise at rest hours (23.00 to 9.00 and 14.00 to 17.00) are strictly forbidden. 3. Deposit the rubbish you have generated in the street containers before leaving on the day of departure. We will inform you where the nearest bin is located. 4. Make rational use of the Air Conditioning. Use it only when you are in the flat and turn it off when you leave the flat to visit the city. Not only will we collaborate with the environment, but the equipment will work better when you really need it. 5. The community prohibits hanging laundry in the common areas and windows of the flat. If you are doing laundry, please hang it out on the terrace or inside the flat. With the determined intention to fulfill our tax obligations and Andalucia’s tourist rules, we have decided, in order to guarantee the rights of our guests, signing a lease where the conditions of your stay (price, input and output, days of stay, cancellation policy, etc.) are listed. All conditions are linked with house rules and other specifications, included in this advertisement. Likewise, the contract specifies the rights and obligations of both owner and guests, by the tourist regulations. It is very important to us that everything is organised for your arrival, but unforeseen circumstances always arise. Please provide us with the telephone number and e-mail address you bring with you to Seville, as well as your e-mail address so that we can contact you in case of need. It is very easy to communicate with us by phone or through the application of the channel through which you have made the reservation. The entrance to the apartment is through a code. We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival, once you have completed the registration form. Arrival time is between 15:00 and 23:00. For arrivals before 15.00 we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be free and ready. Please check with us in advance. We will do our best to facilitate your arrival before 15:00. For the face-to-face check-in you must notify us 48h before your arrival in order to organize the check-in. It is important that you notify us before 48h in order to be able to provide you with this service. For on-site check-in, all guests must be present. Early Check in / Late Check out service. THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. If on the day of your arrival in Seville you wish to enter the flat before the time set for key handover (15.00) and ONLY if there is availability, we can offer you an early check in for a small supplement of 30,00€ for check-ins before 14.00. On the other hand, if on the day of your departure you need to check out late (after 11.00 am) we can offer you the Late Check out service, ONLY if there is availability, for a small supplement of 30,00€ for check outs after 12.00, although the maximum time of stay in the flat is 18.00. If you need us to issue an invoice for your stay, just tell us the fiscal data to which we should issue the invoice and we will give it to you during the reception at the flat.
