Welcome to our unique Royal Holiday apartments. Our place provides a restaurant, a bar, a shared lounge, a breathtaking garden, and a private beach area. We are situated in one of the most famous and luxurious places in Montenegro - Sveti Stefan. We offer a pet-friendly accommodation with the additional charge. The space Our Three Bedroom Apartment offers just enough to have a carefree stay. It has the air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi access, outdoor dining area with a sea view, two bathrooms with hairdryers etc. Cozy living area is uniquely decorated and is very spacious. It has a nice furniture and a flat-screen TV. There is also a kitchen with a lot of amenities. All the three bedrooms are well-equipped; two of them have queen-sized bed and one of them has two twin beds. Each of them have a wardrobe, and colorful sheets and towels as well. This apartment is 75 square meters big and it can accommodate to 6 people. Guest access Guests have the access to the whole apartment. Other things to note Check in is at 2 pm, and the check out is at 10 am. Please be kind and inform us about the approximate time of your arrival. We also offer airport pick-ups, rent a car, rent a boat,we offer best tours in Montenegro. NOTE: We are PET FRIENDLY, and we charge it 15 euros per pet per day. All our guests can use our private beach and beach furniture is provided free of charge. For kids we provide baby crib (10€‎/day) and baby chair as well (5€‎/day). PARKING is private and it costs 20-25€‎ / day. An extra bed can be provided for additional charge of 20 euros per day. Upon your arrival receptionist will charge you tourist taxes (destination fees) which is mandatory by law in Montenegro. 0-11 years - free 12-18 years - 1€‎ per person per day 18+ years - 1.50€‎ per person per day
