Sardinia 6 is a house consisting of two bedrooms, one double, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with a single sofa bed, a bathroom plus a washing machine. Outside it has a beautiful covered terrace of about 20 square meters with a table. The location is charming and quiet, surrounded by greenery, 20 meters from the private covered parking lot. The house is 5 km from the sea. The pool is shared with 8 units, with an outdoor shower and a large solarium... Other things to note Beach towel €10 per person. Extra bed supplement on request €20 per day. Cot on request €25 per stay. Small pets allowed with a cleaning fee of 40 euros. Security deposits: 200 EUROS: If a security deposit is applied to your reservation as required by Airbnb, 2 days before the start of your reservation we will issue a security deposit authorization hold on your payment method. You won't be charged anything, but you won't be able to access these funds until the hold is released. If we are unable to make an authorization hold on your payment method, your reservation will be canceled, so it is important to make sure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. If no issues occur during your stay, we will release the hold on your card after check-out. This will be 14 days after check-out or when the next guest checks in, whichever comes first. Late check-in is subject to a surcharge of €20 (from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), €50 (from 10:00 p.m. to midnight), arrivals after 8:00 p.m. must be communicated at least one day before arrival. Accommodation tax at the price of 1 euro per person per night for a maximum of 10 days (minors up to the age of 10 and the elderly over the age of 75 are exempt from paying the tax).
