The space Casa Chafariz building consists of 5 luxurious apartments, spread over 4 floors. The first floor is accessible by stairs and has an elevator that will give you access to the other floors. All apartments face the square and the upper floors offer city views. Guest access If you wish to be dropped at Casa Chafariz, you may hire a traditional taxi and we also recommend you to book one of our partnership drivers. This service has a cost of 25€ to be paid by cash directly to the chauffeur. If you have your own car, we recommend Parque Vitorino Damásio, at Av. D. Carlos I, 4. The parking is open 24/7. No reservation is required. Other things to note Cleaning : The apartment is cleaned and towels are changed every three days; Bed linen will be changed every 7 days. Dishwashing is not included in the cleaning service. We are committed to environmental sustainability. Access : In order to preserve the traditional aesthetic and despite the extensive renovations carried out in our buildings, some authentic staircases had to be maintained. Check in : As all our apartments are provided with keyless access, please provide a direct email so we can send you the link from our partner SALTO for you to install the digital key app that will give you independent access during your stay. We remind you that you will be able to access your apartment from 3 pm on the day of your arrival. As we would like your stay in Lisbon to be memorable, we ask that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival. Our front desk works from 10am to 5pm every day. Luggage : Casa Chafariz does not provide luggage storage space, but we recommend https://luggit.app for all your storage requirements. Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
