The special area where MUSEUM HOTEL - Relais & Châteaux is located consists of many cave and stone houses that are thousands of years old. Rather than a modern building with floor plan and elevator, it is a historical structure that we keep focusing to preserve. Stairs in or on the way to the rooms, uneven ground, low ceilings and such like are highly possible. So, the property is not accessible for wheel chair or disabled guests. • Child Policy: Due to our “living museum” concept, the romantic atmosphere we offer, and the fact that we are primarily preferred by couples, our property is designed with low walls to ensure uninterrupted views of the stunning landscape. For safety and to preserve the serene environment, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate young children. Therefore, we kindly welcome guests aged 12 and above. • Photographer Policy : Due to their in-depth knowledge of our property’s photographic angles as well as their familiarity with the region, we exclusively work with our in-house selected photographers. This policy ensures that the quality and consistency of visual content meet our standards and expectations.
