The Villa consists of a ground floor and first floor. The ground floor is characterized by an open space used as a kitchen-living room with a large kitchen and sofas, there is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The upper floor features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 double, 1 triple and 1 double, bathroom, living room and large terraces. There is a circular swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi. Outside there is the perimeter video surveillance system. The space In Floridia, a few kilometers from the wonderful city of Syracuse, about 10 km from both rocky and sandy beaches, stands Villa Adria, surrounded by large green spaces and a swimming pool where you can relax and spend pleasant moments. There are 3 bedrooms, all air-conditioned: one single, one with a single bed and a bunk bed, and one double. All rooms overlook large terraces with panoramic views of the pool and lawn. From the balcony of the master bedroom you can admire beautiful sunsets. The villa has two rather large verandas, one of which is covered. Attached to the house is an elevated circular swimming pool (diameter 8m, depth about 150cm). Outside, along the perimeter of the villa, there is a video surveillance system. The property is surrounded by a vast citrus grove. Guest access Access to the villa is guaranteed by a wide paved road (7m wide x 50m long), on which flower pots and trees are placed that delimit the perimeter. The villa also has free private parking. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property. No parties/events are allowed. It is forbidden to charge electric cars; for safety reasons, it is necessary to use the vehicle charging stations located in the nearest areas. Late check-in until 10 p.m. has an extra cost of €50 in cash upon arrival, after 10 p.m. the extra cost is €100! NB.
