Other things to note To ensure a peaceful environment for all, we observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 10 AM and maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any unauthorised social gatherings. We also do not permit unauthorised guests to visit the property, meaning only those registered for check-in may enter the apartment. Please note that this apartment does not have a bathtub; each bathroom is equipped with a shower only. We utilise a pre-check-in guide for your convenience. You'll receive a link to our in-house guest portal, which contains all the essential details for locating us and completing check-in. We're available on call throughout your stay, so feel free to contact us anytime if you need assistance. Please be aware that we require a €300 Security Authorisation during your stay, which is fully released upon checkout. This authorisation is processed securely through our internal guest portal app, where you'll need to provide your payment details to complete it prior to check-in. Unlike a traditional deposit, this authorisation doesn't deduct any funds from your account—it's simply a temporary hold placed by your bank for the duration of your visit. We implement this measure in rare instances of antisocial behaviour, property damage requiring insurance claims or extra cleaning costs, or breaches of our terms and conditions.
