The space This two-bedroom apartment features a luxurious king-size bed in the large ensuite room and two single beds in the second bedroom. The ensuite includes a high-pressure shower, while the main bathroom has a full bathtub. Enjoy lightning-fast internet, premium furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a dishwasher and washer/dryer for added convenience. The apartment overlooks Main Beach with iconic views of Bundoran’s surfing spots. Located directly across from Bundoran Adventure Park, the area becomes lively during Easter, weekends, bank holidays, and throughout the summer. The park closes early, and with triple-glazed windows, the apartment remains quiet and comfortable. Everything is designed for a high-quality, convenient stay in a prime central location. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire apartment. On-site parking is available on a first come, first served basis. During peak summer periods it can occasionally fill up, but spaces are generally available near the building entrance. Other things to note Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Additional visitors are not permitted without prior written approval. Strictly no parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 10:00 AM daily. We ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbours at all times. For everyone’s security, a doorbell camera is installed at the entrance. It is not actively monitored but footage may be reviewed in the event of a reported issue (e.g. unauthorised visitors). Security Deposit A €200 security authorisation (not a charge) will be placed on your credit/debit card via our guest portal before check-in. This is a standard temporary hold placed by your bank/card provider and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no issues. This authorisation covers rare cases such as: -Damage to the property that requires an insurance claim -Excessive cleaning required due to unauthorised guests or breach of house rules -Any antisocial behaviour or serious violation of our terms We’ve never had to use it with the vast majority of our guests, it’s simply in place to protect both you and the home.
