In the Auguste house, we offer you a spacious and modernly equipped 3-room apartment on the Warnemünde Baltic Sea coast, within walking distance to the beach. The space The light-flooded Kormoran apartment is located on the raised ground floor. You can reach the balcony via the cozy living room with flat screen, Wi-Fi, large corner couch and TV chair. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, high chair. With separate sleeping arrangements, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. In the large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and second TV, there is the possibility to set up a baby travel cot. The second bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and two single beds. The bathroom with towel dryer and hairdryer has a daylight window. The 70 sqm apartment is reserved for non-smokers. Bringing animals is not permitted. Your own free parking space at the house as well as a common storage room for bicycles, strollers, etc. in the basement are at your disposal. The initial equipment of the apartment includes a linen package per person, (included in the final invoice price: bed linen, towels, dishes, shower mat).
