The space This bedroom is located on the first floor of the property and has a private bathroom. Guest access Access to the Guest House is via a code / bedroom can be accessed by a key. Other things to note • No smoking allowed – a £100 fine will apply if this rule is broken. • Lost key fee: £50. • No parties / events permitted. This reservation is subject to acceptance of house rules. • The TV has a minor screen imperfection, but it functions normally and does not affect viewing. • The room is set up for 2 guests using the main bed only. .
