Dimora Letizia is a vacation home equipped with all amenities located in a central but quiet area. The area where it is located is very close to the local train station and the "Pinocchio" playground, ideal for families with children and in an area well served with various shops nearby. It is very close to the daily fresh fruit and vegetable market. The center as well as the "Lama Monachile" beach is within walking distance as it is about 400 meters away. The space Dimora Letizia is a house that was completely renovated in 2020, located in a central but quiet area. It has a large room with a kitchen, where there is everything you need to cook comfortably at home, a sofa bed and a full HD TV, a double bedroom also equipped with a smart TV and a small room with a single bed, a bathroom with a comfortable shower and an atrium equipped with a sink, clothesline and washing machine. On the master terrace of the house, a "solarium" area with a sofa, armchairs and an umbrella (not available in the November-March period) The house is equipped with Wi-Fi (not available in the November-March period it is possible to activate it upon payment of a surcharge) and linens are included in the living room. Camping cot available but upon request Guest access Guests during their stay can use all the open areas of the property. On the terrace, it is possible to sunbathe and chat while it is forbidden to climb on the turret or parapets, leave children alone without adult supervision, have parties or play loud music. In the early afternoon until 4:30 p.m. and from 10:30 p.m. onwards, it is absolutely forbidden to carry out any activity that may disturb the neighborhood. Upon arrival, each guest must pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Polignano a Mare of €2 per person (for the first seven nights). A regular receipt will be issued upon payment of the aforementioned tax. Children up to 14 years of age and over-80s are exempt from payment. Other things to note The house has a washing machine that is available to guests for free (no detergent). It can only be used for the washing of personal linens and not for that of the structure, which must not be washed at all. Any additional linen changes may be requested from your host. There is a linen change per week. Wi-Fi is always available free of charge. Parking for cars in the summer months is not available on public street as parking is bordered by yellow stripes only for residents with passes.
