Relax in this quiet and comfortable place to stay! The apartment is located within a private house in a peaceful, quiet and safe environment!! In front of the apartment there is a fenced yard covered with a pergola that gives shade in the hot summer months and serves as a free parking for guests!! At the back of the apartment there is a small terrace covered with an awning and an exit to the back yard where fruit trees, flowers and lawn are planted! The space The apartment (type Studio apartment) consists of a hallway, room, bathroom, kitchen, small terrace for sitting in the backyard of the apartment with a total area of 25 m 2 + 5 m2 on the terrace!! In the front yard in front of the apartment there is free parking for guests!!The room consists of 1 bed measuring 140x200 cm (for 2 people or + a small child), 2 closets, a shelf for storing some smaller items and a TV, bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, quilts and blankets if necessary), air conditioning, iron and ironing board!! The bathroom consists of a hot water heater (boiler... make sure that the switch that turns it on is always on), bathtub (classic) and shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror with space for storing hygiene supplies above the sink, washing machine (free to use), face and body towels, hand soap, shower gel!! The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking as well as cutlery ... storage cabinets, glasses, plates, cutlery and cooking utensils (pots, pans), hot plate, sink, water heater (tea, coffee) coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, toaster ... on request, a small dining table integrated into the kitchen work surface, two chairs!! On the terrace there is a table with two chairs and it is located in the backyard where fruit trees, flowers and lawn are planted!! The terrace can be covered with an awning!! Wi-Fi is also free!!The apartment is located in a private house surrounded by a fence in a quiet and safe environment!! There are quiet and hospitable people living in the neighborhood! Within a radius of 300 m there is a small green market, several grocery stores, bakeries, butchers, post office, pharmacy, coffee bars, several bus stops, a large shopping center is 1 km away from the apartment!!It has restaurants, fast food and 176 shops for different purposes!! The apartment is 2.2 km away from the city center by air or if you go on foot (which in the hot summer months is not recommended due to high air temperatures) 4.2 km ...about 35 - 45 minutes walk! The nearest beach (Žnjan) is 1.5 km away!! To get to the city center, the nearest beach, shopping center you can use a really reliable, cheap and very frequent city transport (a ticket for one person is about 1.5 eur) that will take you in all directions anywhere in the city in about 15 - 20 minutes max!! instead you can always call an Uber or some of the many other taxi services!! If you go somewhere with your car, you can get anywhere in 10 minutes and park your car in one of the public parking lots!! In this case, the parking space is paid and the price depends on the zone in which you park!!! Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance and the entire space of the apartment is available to guests!! The apartment has no common rooms that could be used by other people except the parking space!! When parking, due to the limited parking space (2 places), care should be taken to leave enough space for other users!!
