This property contains wide gaps in the ladder effect railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times. Accessibility - To access the villa there is a path which is 174cm wide, and has 17 steps. The front door has a width of 88cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 120cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide and the grounds are flat, just 1 step into the pool/ garden area. All the bedrooms have a door width of 69cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 60cm. There are 6 steps leading to the master and ensuite to the mezzanine level and a further 10 steps to the main first floor.
