Kleinemonde Island

Kleinemonde is a small secluded peace of heaven with beautiful estuaries and a pristine blue flag beach. Our home is spacious with many great attributes, one of them being the panoramic view of the beach and river capturing the beautiful African sunsets. We are very close to Port Alfred and the Fish River with golf course action in both areas. Game reserves are well within reach, notably that of the Kariega Game reserve. Park your car and use your legs for transport. The space Open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area with indoor fireplace. Two TV lounges (upstairs and downstairs) with dual DSTV connection for different channel viewing (Kids/Adults in mind). Outside hot and cold shower. Upper and lower deck facing the ocean and river. Braai area with plenty of wood and splash pool to cool off. All bedrooms are en suite. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except the storeroom and domestic quarters. Secure parking for at least 4 cars. Other things to note Filtered, fresh drinking rain water as well as municipal water. Can switch between the two. Very secure property with external security beams around the house that can be activated whilst guests are inside the house. We have braai wood under the braai for guests to use in abundance, and there is a light in the braai - the switch is on the left. There is a weber braai also available.
