The apartment is in an idllyic Donegal costal location- within 2 miles of a number of golden sandy beaches. The blue flag beach of Narin/Portnoo, Golf, Fishing, horse riding, restuarants, Pubs and trad music are all within a short distance. The space The apartment is on the first floor (upstairs) with views over the surrounding countryside. It is light and spacious, with an open plan living, dining room and kitchen. There is a bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has 3 single beds and the other ensuite bedroom has a double (another single can be added to this room on request). There is a fold away bed which may also be available on request. Guest access Free WiFi, Front Garden, Garden furniture, barbecue Other things to note We do accept long term bookings and the rent has been reduced for bookings of a month or more. We will require a deposit of €300 as is customary in this area for long term bookings. This just ensures our property is left the way it is found. Tenents have always got this returned as we've never had damage other than normal wear and tear. Public transport in the countryside is not great. The nearest towns are served by a bus service - Glenties and Ardara (pronounced Ard raa)- . Carrickfin Airport is approx 40 mins away and has two flights daily from/ to Dublin as well as weekly flights to Scotland. There is a train service to Sligo from Dublin. I can collect from the nearest town but you really need a car, bike or other means of transport to get around.
