Masseria del Ponte – Green Apartment, Pretoro

The VERDE Apartment is located in the Masseria del Ponte, an old stone house renovated in 2012. It features a private entrance, a kitchen/living room with a fireplace on the ground floor, an entrance with a staircase leading to the upper floor, where we have a triple bedroom and bathroom. The fenced garden, with barbecue, is shared with the other apartment. Just steps from the Maiella National Park and half an hour from the sea, it's the ideal place for a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature! The space Masseria del Ponte is housed in an ancient stone building just outside Pretoro, a small village among the most beautiful in Italy, at the foot of the Majella National Park. Completely renovated in 2012, it has welcomed travelers within its walls for several years: it is the ideal place to discover Abruzzo, immersed in nature and tranquility of the Park, just steps from the peaks and a short drive from the coast. The Masseria consists of two independent apartments, each with its own private entrance and shared fenced garden with a barbecue area available to guests. The 60m² GREEN apartment consists of a living area and kitchen with a fireplace, sofa, and TV; an entrance hall with a staircase leading to the upper floor; the bedroom is located on the upper floor. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed (maximum capacity 3 people); the bathroom with shower is located on the same floor. A cot can be added to both apartments upon request. Additionally, the sofas in the living areas convert to queen-sized beds, allowing for the possibility of accommodating one or two additional guests in each apartment (for rates and additional costs, please message us before booking!). The Masseria is pet-friendly! The garden is fenced, and we welcome dogs, at no additional cost, but only upon request and approval. Unless you're occupying both apartments, the garden is shared, and we must verify the presence of other pets before accepting them. Guest access By booking the GREEN apartment, guests have exclusive access to the apartment itself, which has its own entrance and private spaces. The garden with barbecue is shared with the adjacent apartment. Other things to note SMOKING is PROHIBITED INSIDE the entire property; it is allowed outside in the garden. The house does NOT have Wi-Fi, but there is good phone reception throughout. Dogs are welcome everywhere EXCEPT ON THE BEDS, out of respect for future guests and who takes care of cleaning.
