Description

Typical Andalusian house with a detailed décor and according to the atmosphere of the surroundings, very well kept and less than a three-minute walk to the Mosque, typical monuments and downtown. It is spacious, comfortable, quiet and with everything you need to enjoy Córdoba with family or friends. The location of the house in the heart of the Jewish quarter makes it a place full of magic and tranquility that takes you to an intimate atmosphere and close to the city and its alleys. The space The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and quiet away from the noises of the large avenues due to the location in which it is located, the historic center of the city, to which only residents and authorized residents will have access. It is important that if you intend to come to the house in your own vehicle, you will be informed so that we can send the data to the administration and that they can move freely in the area. The house is accessed through an outdoor patio that overlooks the pedestrian street where we can find typical neighborhood shops, tapas bars and restaurants, as well as other places of interest. The courtyard is made of ground composed of stones traditionally called "Chino Cordobés" native to our city, as its own name suggests. A courtyard surrounded by pots and flowers lit up at night. On the ground floor we find a large living room with fireplace, a toilet with Arabic period decoration in a stairwell and a large Andalusian kitchen with inner courtyard and independent pantry. Both in the living room and in the kitchen we will find everything you need to feel at home because it has always been for family use, so all the kitchen utensils and utensils necessary to allow the full operation of the house is available. In addition to the ground floor, the house has two more floors that are accessed through a plumbing staircase of the period. On the first floor is a room with a large and comfortable double bed and a full bathroom with shower. On this floor we can also find another room with two single beds and an interior bathroom also fully equipped and with shower. All the rooms and furniture in the house are almost new because this one is practically newly built. In both rooms we can find built-in closets, bedside tables and antique furniture restored and in perfect condition. The double room has a balcony with wooden beams and a lock with plumbing windows overlooking the house's entrance patio. Finally, on the second floor of the house is a vaulted room with two beds, closets and other furniture, as well as a rooftop that allows you to hang clothes or have a space to take in the air. This room and downstairs have work desks to use computers, read in silence, or work. Finally, it is optional for guests to request the use of a private parking space that we have a private parking space a minute's walk from the house, which we advise due to the area in which the house is located. Guest access The house does not have common areas, as it is rented privately and exclusively without sharing any space with other guests. Other things to note The house's location is worth noting, in the heart of the historic center, in an enclave close to all the points of interest in the city, which can be accessed on foot from the house. Places like La Mosque, royal stables and gardens of the kings, the street of the scarf and the Calle de las Flores, the fairground, the Plaza de la Corredera and the Arab baths, among other remarkable sites. It is also worth noting the decor of the house fully cared for and adapted to the neighborhood in which it is always wanted to give that traditional touch.
