Overlooking the magnificent turquoise waters of a private beach, the Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora features luxurious over-water bungalows and beachfront villas with views of Mount Otemanu. The Four Seasons Resort is on Point Matira in Bora Bora, which was voted ‘the best island in the world’ by U.S. News in 2012. Motu Mute Airport is a 15-minute boat ride away. The resort features an infinity pool, a tennis court and free guided snorkeling tours of the lagoon sanctuary, which is home to many exotic marine animals. Guests can also enjoy kayaking, catamaran cruises, windsurfing and shark feeding. The spacious bungalows and villas each feature traditional wood furnishings, high ceilings and thatched roofs. All accommodations feature fluffy down pillows and iPod docking station. You can sample a variety of cuisines at the 4 on-site restaurants, offering Polynesian, French and Asian specialties. Watching the sun set over the lagoon at Sunset Bar & Lounge, which provides the perfect ending to your day. This over water bungalow suite offers spectacular views of the lagoon and features a fresh-water plunge pool. It consists of 2 overwater suites connected by an expansive, oversize outdoor deck area. The villa has 2 separate bedrooms each featuring a separate living room area and private master bathroom. Each living room offers seating for four, including a double-size sofa-bed for small children. A work area features a telephone and WiFi access, a plasma screen television, DVD player, built-in safe, self-serve coffee machine, and a mini-fridge. Each of the two bedrooms feature a king bed and lagoon views, as well as a plasma screen television, cordless phone, and iHome iPod docking station in each bedroom. Four large glass panels, including one in the floor looking down into the lagoon below, flood each of the two bathrooms with light by day. The bathroom also has a double vanity, an oversize soaking tub which opens to the outdoors, and a separate shower. Extending the length of the bungalow, the deck is furnished with four teak chaises lounges, as well as two circular daybeds facing the sun, a teak dining table in the shade to accommodate six guests, two outdoor showers, and two teak and aluminum ladders for direct access to the lagoon. Please note that this resort has a mandatory festive dinner for New Years Eve for an additional charge of 35,000 XPF, not included in the rate, however it will be charged at time of booking.
