With two firmness levels, perfect entry height and high-quality, allergy-friendly bedding. • Private premium sauna from KLAFS: with a variety of sauna programmes, stylish lighting and soft music or nature sounds. Including sauna towels and aroma infusions. • Browse the internet free of charge with up to 175 MBit incl. Mesh WiFi. Enjoy free access to Netflix series and cinema films on our large flat-screen TV. • Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and all kitchen utensils. • Bright bathroom with modern fittings, heated towel rail and ample storage space. Large, walk-in rain shower with separate shower head, hairdryer, make-up mirror and much more. • Beautiful tableware, elegant wine glasses and a dining table made from stylish black oak turn dining in your "own four walls" into a wonderful experience - with a selection of wines from our sommelière Jasmin Schwabe-Winter. • Enjoy all the hot drinks you desire: Tea and coffee are included. We use high-quality Nespresso coffee and organic tea from "Trink Meer Tee" from Northern Germany. • Spacious sun terrace with modern, high-quality lounge furniture. There are also two sunshades, a dining table and your own gas grill. • Park directly at our house - protected from the weather in a covered carport! You're travelling by electric car? You are welcome to use our 22kw wallbox (100 % green electricity) with its own billing card.Please let us know, if you need the card. • You'd prefer to leave your car parked? No problem! The city bus will take you to Lindau Island, the Lindau Thermal Spa or the "Lindaupark" shopping centre. The bus stop is just 50 m away. Via the Lake Constance cycle path you can reach Lindau Island directly - or the neighbouring city of Bregenz. Guest access Enjoy the privacy of a completely private apartment. There are two private entrances: Via the front door and via the terrace with a convenient ramp to the carport. Other things to note The best of two worlds: Cycling directly along the lake, you can reach the romantic Lindau Island in 15 minutes - or urban Bregenz (AT), which offers a great cultural and culinary programme in addition to the famous "Seebühne" stage. The holiday lodge is the perfect starting point for exploring Bregenz Bay and the Upper Part of Lake Constance.
