You’ll be within walking distance to many bars & restaurants, or a short drive to Forest Park (zoo & museums), MO Botanical Gardens, Tower Grove Park, South Grand & more! The space Stylish, yet casual - this home is 850 SF all on one floor. The rooms: Kitchen - large eat-in complete with a gas stove, oven, & full size refrigerator. Fully stocked cabinets & pantry with everything you need to cook like you are home. Eat or drink anything you see. No 'off limits' food or drink here! Living Room - high on cozy-factor with an arched brick fireplace, smartTV (access to log into your own netflix, hulu, amazon, etc accounts) and arched french doors which lead to the bedroom. Bedroom - comfortable, dark & stylish with a queen bed and plenty of closet space with hangers, hooks, extra blankets and an iron/board to make a comfortable stay. Laundry Room - separate and generous sized and available for use during your stay. Detergent & fabric softener provided. Lastly, the full bathroom has a separate tub and shower with great water pressure and comes stocked with soap & shampoo, hair dryer, and plenty of clean towels. Additionally: - free Wifi - This is a stand-alone home with no shared walls or very close neighbors - On-street parking is easily available and free - You are welcome to enjoy the backyard - There is a bluetooth stereo speaker for easy connection to your mobile device - No parties, No pets, No smoking - no exceptions **please note check-in and check-out times* * If you need to arrive earlier or stay later, please check with me in advance. I will accommodate wherever I can. Guest access Full access to the entire 1 bedroom home, including the laundry room with washer & dryer and large fenced backyard.
