First floor has a very large bathroom with shower, toilet and small patio. Second floor has two double bedrooms ( of which one has a queen bed) and a small bathroom with shower, and toilet. The top floor is the south facing roof terrace to enjoy the sun. Guest access Totally private house, no area is to be shared with anyone Other things to note It is a private house with no area to share. It has 4 floors (including roof terrace) so it is not suitable for people who cannot go up or down the stairs. Parties are totally prohibited !! Smoking inside the house also.
