You have exclusive access to the apartment, loft, terrace, backyard, patio lounge and grill. Recently adapted to luxury standards, it's the perfect mix between old school architecture and modern style. All the rooms are pretty generous when it comes to size, laminated parquet floor, solid wood furniture, flat screens and wi-fi. In the garden, there is a patio lounge and a barbeque grill, ideal to take a relaxing break and call some friends over to have some fun. 6 minutes to King Michael I Park, Romexpo or Dimitrie Village Museum. 2 minutes to market/restaurant. The guest can enjoy the grill facilities and a lovely terrace with a 12 seaters dining table. The backyard is private and fully fenced. Other things to note Events are allowed. Loud parties are not allowed. Please contact before booking if you plan to create an event/party or for commercial photography and/or filming inquires. No smoking inside the house. No pets. Beach access/Lagoon Park access is not included in your rate. Guests will acquire the tickets themselves. We rent only the second and third floor. at the ground floor there is the reception.
