Decorated with pine floorboards, flatscreen TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speakers and lots of games including a pool table to be stored away in a corner. Firm mattress double bed (190cm x 140cm), separated by an elegant folding door from the lounge which contains an additional sofa bed (190cm x 110cm) for one person (up to 3 people). The 'South East wing' also comes with a fully equipped compact kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, oven and microwave). In addition to the bathroom, there is a fully enclosed, separate communal spa with jacuzzi with massage and steam sauna. This can be reserved for free for 30-40min at a time. A 2 hrs serviced Finnish sauna session is available at £60 for up to 6 people in our tiny house by the Marina. Spa cabin and sauna are great for the chillier days we also have in Brighton :) All bathrooms have towel heaters, and towels and bedsheets are 100% Egyptian Cotton. Gas central heating warms everything up in minutes with instant hot we’ll pressured water in all bathrooms and kitchen(s). Also suitable for people with restricted mobility due to ground floor level with easy access from the street but unfortunately not meeting lifetime home standards. Guest access The heart of Brighton with its extensive nightlife, a range of theatres, all sorts of restaurants and the Pier are all a (sophisticated) stone's throw away, and there are plenty of scenic walks along the promenade, the beach and a well equipped playgound with a kids' pool and water jets just 2 minutes away! There is metered parking outside of the house but the adjacent car parks offer more competitive daily rates. We do not recommend coming by car but another option may be park and ride from Wilson Avenue or Whitehawk Way which is about a 10 minutes taxi ride.
