Guest access Guests can access the whole property, comfortable space for several cars. Gated land. It is a spacious 1900 m2 plot of land. Other things to note It is a beautiful space to share, rest and enjoy the harmony of the place. The reflected value is for 12 guests and you can add up to 4 more guests for an additional value reflected on the platform. If in total there are 14 guests, they can make use of the house on first and second floors where a sofa bed for 2 people is included (140cm wide by 180cm long) not including the 5th external room on the ground floor. If it is 15 or 16 guests, the 5th room external to the house is included on the ground floor, i.e. the entire property plus this 5th room (suite), resulting in a total of 16 people sleeping very comfortable. If the rent is up to 14 people, the 5th room is free for the use of the host, obviously does not influence the stay in the house as it has independent entrance this suite. This 5th en-suite room is on the ground floor with independent access to the house, with double bed, cable TV, full private bathroom and also has a small private terrace. This room is not reflected in the value for 12 or 14 people, as it is an additional space to the rent of the house. Likewise, the guest can include this 5th room with an additional value informing prior to their arrival.
