House, WI-FI, private pool May-September(also in October if the weather is good) and plot only for you. Delightfut country house located to explore the south-east of Spain, Alicante-beachs (50 minutes), Valencia (80 minutes) & Murcia (50 minutes). Confortable 4 bedrooms (8 people). Fully fitted large kitchen. 3 terraces with 2 BBQ. Enjoy peace, sun, privacy and relaxing living. Near Yecla, autentic spanish village. The space Many guests ask me (before the reservation) if the house or pool is shared, I insist, there are only for you, enjoy them. There aren't other guests, only your group, i don't live there, I live in Yecla city (10 minutes from the house) and i can help and advice you but i respect your stay, your privacy is a treasure. The villa has features such as old fireplaces, twisty staircase, cosy rooms giving it loads of character. Fully fitted large kitchen. Confortable four bedrooms, to sleep eight people, There is a sitting room with fireplace, and dining-room with fireplace too. Two bathrooms. Also, out side, there are three terraces with tables and chairs for dining outdoor (two BBQ) The villa was built in the late 19 th century by my grandparents Pascual y María and it has charm and character, offers a place for relaxation. There are all my childhood memories. Only rent in spring & summer and some times when I don't live there, it's my second home, check calendar availability, Guest access The house and the swimming-pool are exclusively for you. There aren´t shared with other people. The plot with 4 hectares (40.000m2), so the neighbors are not close. All bedrooms have heaters for winter. We supply 50kg of firewood without charge, if you want more, we can give it for € 6 ( 50kg). You can smoke outside, in the terraces, but not inside the house.
