The space The house is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold, summer and winter) and consists of a large living room that overlooks, on one side, a typical Sicilian courtyard identified by vaults, terracotta tiles and Sicilian lava stone, where it is pleasant to enjoy a breakfast, lunch and dinner on the grill, and on the other side, a courtyard with a sofa where you can read a good book while sipping a coffee. The large bedroom, with vaulted ceilings, is very cool in the summer and includes a comfortable armchair-bed. Then there is a relaxation room, with original floors of great value from the late 1800s, which also overlooks the Sicilian courtyard, equipped with 3 single beds and a reading table. It is accessed via 4 steps. The kitchen is basic, equipped with all the accessories. The two bathrooms, separated by a door, are also equipped with two showers. The laundry room includes the washing machine. We offer private parking in the area.
