The space Our spaces are part of a collection of eight beautifully designed 400 sq. ft. 1-bedroom units and four 300 sq. ft. studios. You enter your 1-bedroom unit through the open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and features a full-size stainless steel fridge and modern appliances. Included in this area is a pull-out couch, a flat screen cable TV, and a dining area that comfortably seats 4. Off of the common area is the roomy bedroom, with a queen size bed, and access to the outdoor furnished deck. There is also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, Blue Cove features a large shared deck, with options for a privacy divider. The deck is furnished with plush outdoor furniture.
