No social gatherings, parties, or bridal /wedding groups will be permitted to book. The space The townhouse entry is situated on the first floor. So access to the unit is up 2 flights of stairs. Once you enter the home, you are greeted with a large bright open space with views through the French doors of the balcony, and pool & gardens. The spacious living room has a large L-shaped couch and a 50 " flat-screen smart TV, so logging in to your Netflix account is like home away from home. A beautiful glass dining table and gold chairs is also in this space and makes for great indoor dining. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is to your left and comfortable living/dining room is directly in front. The powder room will be on your right. The 2 large bedrooms are located up the stairs on the 3rd floor. Both are spacious with private ensuite bathrooms, large walk in closets and windows. The Primary bedroom has a solid wooden king-size bed with a comfortable mattress, as we know how important a good night's rest is. The bedroom also has views overlooking the pool and gardens. The second bedroom also has a rocker and a desk. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, large white drawers, and a walk-in wardrobe. Large outdoor patio is perfect for al fresco dining, with a charcoal grill, table, 4 chairs & sun umbrella for dining. Also included is a large beach umbrella, cooler & 2 beach chairs & 3 towels for your trips to the beach. Guest access Access to the home is up 2 flights of stairs. And the unit is located on 2 separate floors. The entire 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths, kitchen living and dining room balcony is self contained with no shared spaces. Other things to note Highly recommend a car rental for this island. Convenient Car rentals. Search Convenient Rentals on FB. They can be booked ahead of time and pick you up from the airport/Harbour. If you prefer once you've made your booking for this home, I can assist you with your rental. Scooters which can be rented from Port Lucaya are also a great alternative to getting around the island.
