I see guests coming and rating the units 3 & 4 stars due to location. The building is located in Lilliput, 2 mins walk to the main road from Iberostar Hotel. It is a residential and commercial area. Some residents have dogs and birds and there are strays. It's 20 mins drive to the airport/city. I'd appreciate you make a decision on the fact that it's $25-$35 per person per night (off season) for a minimum of 2 guests, which includes a stylishly decorated apartment... The space IMPORTANT! READ ALL SECTIONS CONT'D from previous...security measures, utilities to include light, water, gas & Wifi and the list of amenities shown. Which means this isn't in the middle of the city at the Ritz-Carlton. So don't be cheap, then give the apartment a bad rep. If you want affordable, safe and stylish, this is it. If you want a great location, see another listing. This elegantly decorated spacious apartment boasts 2 bedrooms but only one bedroom is made available if the booking is for 2 or less guests. The second is locked away unless the reservation is for 3 or more, then the additional room is automatically given. If 2 guests wish to access 2 bedrooms, the cost is an additional US$25 per person per night. It is a fully contained unit which has a kitchen, living & dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals with all the usual amenities such as refrigerator, stove and microwave, pots, dinnerware, utensils and the like. The dining space and living room are able to comfortably accommodate 4 guests to enjoy meals at leisure or Netflix & chill. Guest access There are five individual units on property. Guests in this unit have access to the driveway with an ASSIGNED parking spot marked Unit #8. Park in this spot ONLY! If you have more than one vehicle park outside the gate. Upon entering the building, there is a common area where all guests enter/exit and your lockbox can be found. Look for the lockbox with your unit #8 and use the code given to unlock and retrieve the keys to your unit. Other things to note - Each guest after 2 attracts a cost of $30 - Early check-in from 7am is USD$40 and from 11am it's USD$25 per room - The pool is outdoor and therefore it's likely to see leaves from trees and insects inside. If you wish to use it, please let me know and I'll have someone clean it just before use, once they are available to do so - A complimentary linen change is given for stays more than 7 days. Otherwise, a set of sheets is for US$20 and towels $10 - There is only 1 assigned parking space - Hot water in shower only - AC is in the bedroom only - STOVE - the lighter is one of the 2 small buttons on the stove. Hold while simultaneously turning on a burner. - Kindly turn off the fan, a/c, lights and TV when not in use or leaving Thank you!
