Welcome to our beautiful loft! It has carefully selected luxury finishes for the accommodation that give it the "wow" factor, spacious spaces designed for your convenience and comfort. The details and decoration have been selected with great dedication and incredible good taste so that you feel comfortable and enjoy sharing with your family. Our house can accommodate up to 9 guests; 7 in beds and 2 in sofa beds. (please note that children over 2 years old are considered guests). We also offer space to park up to 2 vehicles (1 on the property and 1 in visitor parking). Located just 1.3 km from Juan Gaviota in a unique reserve with incredible landscapes, beaches and sunsets. And best of all, direct access to the beach from the main street of the complex! It is prohibited to go to the other villas through the wooden fence in the garden. During the winter season, it is common for sugarcane bagasse and other natural debris to accumulate on the seashore, due to its proximity to the mouth of the Achiguate River. Our team cleans the beach every morning to keep it in the best possible condition for our visitors. Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Any modification in dates or cancellation can be made up to 5 days before the check in date. - On the road that leads to the accommodation you will find a stretch of dirt road, which in winter can be a bit complicated. However, it is completely passable and there is no problem for any vehicle. - In the rainy season, take into account that sometimes the beach may not be in a usable condition. - The cleaning fee that is paid in the reservation corresponds to the cleaning before and after your reservation. - Any request for early check in or late check out must be requested through Airbnb.] - Reservations outside of Airbnb are not accepted. - Any modification request or requirement must be made with your host through Airbnb. - Upon check-in you will be given 1 speaker which is the only one authorized for use in the property.
