Olives & Barrels is a traditional stone farmhouse estate made for living the Tuscan countryside lifestyle: slow days, long lunches and evenings that stretch past sunset. THREE INDEPENDENT buildings sit within private gardens with open views over the countryside, just minutes from the nearest village. The whole property is yours alone. From here you can easily reach vineyards, medieval hilltop villages, thermal springs and some of the most iconic destinations of Central Italy. The Tuscan coast is close too, with Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano, the beaches of Argentario and ferries to Giglio Island. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (UP TO 16 GUESTS): - The Farmhouse (6 guests): traditional stone house with a fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms (one with a fireplace) and three bedrooms: one double on the ground floor plus bathroom, one double and one twin upstairs plus bathroom. - The Loft (4 to 6 guests): a carefully restored old barn, now an open-plan loft with 2 double beds, a sofa and a bathroom, a short walk from the farmhouse. An extra double bed can be added on request. The Loft is included for groups of 9 or more adults; for smaller groups it stays closed, unless you choose to add it for an additional fee. - The Stable (4 guests): next to the pool, converted into two independent master bedrooms, each with its own private entrance and private bathroom. - Space for up to 2 extra guests on request, plus 3 cots and 2 single beds for flexible arrangements. OUTDOOR LIVING - Private swimming pool with a panoramic view over the hills - Two outdoor dining areas, including a long table that seats 20+ - BBQ and authentic pizza oven - Garden with deck chairs facing the sunset - Private chef experience on request LOCATION Complete privacy without being isolated.
